Bobby is a national speaker, leader, coach and author. Bobby’s fun loving personality encourages and inspires people not only to dream, but to live out their dreams. His passion is for helping them reach their goals and become strong leaders in life and the workplace. He is a positive, enthusiastic and very people-oriented leader, coach and speaker. He wants only the best for you and your organization.
Bobby is certified with MHS in EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360. As an EQ coach, he administers assessments and trains individuals, leaders and organizations in Emotional Intelligence. Bobby is also an official member of Forbes Coaches Council, which is an invitation only community of the most innovative and leading business and career coaches in the world. Bobby is also certified member of The John Maxwell Team and The John Maxwell Mentorship Team. He currently serves on the President’s Advisory Council for the John Maxwell Team. He has three books written to date, A Love Letter From God, Relational Leadership and The Rest of The Gospel Study and Leader’s Guide, that are impacting leaders both in the faith community and the business community. He writes articles and devotionals while currently working on other writing projects. Bobby acquired a BA in Biblical Literature and minored in Cross Cultural Studies from Simpson University. He went on to earn his ThM Masters in Theology, and minored in leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Bobby has been married to his bride Julie for over 30 years and they have 3 kids.
